Citilawyers. A Sydney law firm that started getting calls from its own website.

A Sydney CBD firm specialising in commercial law, with a website that was quietly costing them clients.

Citilawyers home page

The homepage, rebuilt around a single clear message and an obvious way to get in touch. The old landing page buried what the firm did. This version states it upfront and puts contact within immediate reach.

The problem

The old site was dated, hard to navigate, and not built for search. The real issue: it wasn't generating a single enquiry. Visitors arrived, found it confusing, and left, with no clear way to get in touch and nothing prompting them to act.

Citilawyers practice areas

Practice areas laid out as clean tiles so visitors find the right one in seconds. Potential clients go straight to the service that matches their situation, which is exactly when they're most likely to reach out.

A contact page with mapped location, clear phone and email details, and a simple enquiry form. Everything a hesitant first time client needs sits in one place.

Individual practice area pages, each written to answer the questions a client actually has, then prompt them to get in touch. Pages like this also give search engines far more to work with.

The fix

The site was rebuilt around one job: turning visitors into contacts. Clear calls to action throughout, contact forms placed exactly where people decide to reach out, a properly structured menu so nothing was buried, and cleaned up, mapped URLs so the site worked as it should and was ready to be found in search.

The result

The firm began receiving enquiries and phone calls directly through the website, organically, where before it got none. A site that once sat idle became a source of new client contact.

This is one client's experience, not a promise of what any site will achieve.
