Rona Halabi ("I", "me", "my") (ABN 76 419 857 537) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what I collect through this website and how I use it.

1. What I collect

When you contact me through this website, I collect the information you choose to give me: your name, business name, website address, email address, phone number (if you give one), and anything you write in your message. I don't ask for anything more than I need to reply to you.

2. How I collect it

I collect this information only when you fill in and submit one of the forms on this site: the contact form, the free preview form or the free site review form.

3. Why I collect it

I use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you'd like to work together, to provide the web design services you've asked about. I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

4. Who I share it with

I don't share your personal information with third parties for marketing. When you submit a form, your message is delivered to me through my website host (Netlify) so that I receive it — that's the only third party involved in handling your enquiry.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses essential cookies needed for it to work and Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. This helps improve the content and layout.

6. How I store it

Once I receive your enquiry, I store it in my own records on my personal computer (a spreadsheet and my email). I take reasonable steps to keep my device and accounts secure, and I keep your information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, after which I delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email me at ronah.creative@gmail.com and I'll action it within a reasonable time.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to examples of my work and may link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and I'm not responsible for how they handle your information.

10. Updates

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
