A preview lands within a few days of the first chat. Full builds usually take two to three weeks from the point content is supplied. The main thing that slows a build down is waiting on photos and wording, so having those ready keeps it quick.
You do. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. Once the final build payment is made, the site and its content are fully yours, and you can take a complete copy with you whenever you like.
